Building a Medicinal Herbal Pantry for Families with Halley Strongwater of Loam

Join us for an all day workshop with Halley Strongwater from Loam and Erin O’Neill of Growing Home at the Waldorf School in the beautiful outdoor tent.

We will focus on creating three different types of medicinal pantry items that are safe for all ages:

  • A warming winter salve with foraged (if available) and provided ingredients
  • Herbal gummies
  • An herbal oxymel

All supplies will be included and workshop participants can expect to learn a bit about pediatric herbalism including safe dosages for babies and children, and some of the best ways to help us stay healthy using herbs.
