Join Joel Glanzberg and Gordon Tooley for a 2 day interactive workshop covering keyline design, land imprinting and permaculture. This experiential workshop is site specific, yet universal- improving a degraded pasture, and expanding a small orchard into a series of small biodiverse ecosystems.

Together we will:

  • address general water, soil and food growing principles and approaches, including earthworks and plant guilds (mutually beneficial plant ecosystems).
  • demonstrate keyline design principles for land regeneration
  • show how to mark out keylines and the use of a keyline plow
  • address choosing & planting seeds to increase biodiversity above and below ground
  • create and plant several new fruit tree guild planting basins

Our time together will be split between lecture and hands on work.

Learn to create resilient soil, plant, animal and human communities nurturing and strengthening our incredible web of life.
